Emperor’s Fried Sea Bass
1 Fillet of Sea Bass, rubbed with salt, 2 Tablespoons / 1 oz Corn Flour and 1 Egg
Fry the Fish, which has been rubbed with Salt, Corn Flour and Egg, till crispy. Set aside. In a pot, add California Golden Raisins and other ingredients for the sauce. Let it boil. Add Vinegar, Salt and Sugar to taste. Adding Corn Flour can thicken the sauce. Pour over the Fish and serve.
