TAIPEI, KOMPAS — Sebuah botol yang dibuang ke laut oleh sepasang warga Belanda di Taiwan telah mengarungi Samudra Pasifik dan ditemukan di pesisir Amerika Serikat delapan tahun kemudian. Stasiun televisi di Seattle melaporkan hal itu, Jumat (23/4/2010).

VIVAnews – Tim ilmuwan di Jerman, Selasa 19 Mei 2009, mengungkapkan hasil penelitian terbaru atas sebuah fosil kerangka hewan purba. Fosil yang mirip dengan kerangka lemur itu diyakini berusia 47 juta tahun.

Tim dari Senckenberg Research Institute (SRI) itu menilai bahwa fosil itu berguna mengungkap lebih dalam lagi mengenai akar evolusi kera dan manusia. Kerangka itu berukuran mirip seekor lemur kecil, terdiri dari empat kaki dan memiliki ekor yang panjang.
